WeBox solved two core problems we had with catering food. First, it allows employees to pick their own dishes. The online ordering is awesome, quick and simple to use. They provide all types of cuisines, and varieties of food, desserts, snacks, and drinks. I love that. The best part is providing a list of options to click on the menu to those with special and religious diets whether keto, halal, kosher, etc. For example, if someone is vegetarian, they can click that and will be shown only veggie options. Which was hard to for us when finding catering in the past to be able to meet everyone's needs. Webox provided our employees with these options and the choices were always delicious kinds of meals from a variety of different restaurants. We can also choose local, or women operated catering. The lunches/dinners are always packed beautifully and has our names and is delivered on time and is always packed neatly. Employees here at Hitachi love ordering Webox from the comfort of their desk and the ease of the online platform. They enjoy the wide food choices.

The Administrative controls are intuitive and make scheduling office holidays or setting up order reminders a breeze! Employees are able to easily cancel and change their orders on the same page which takes all that extra work off my plate! Our delivery drivers are always on time and the food always arrives in tip-top shape; no spills or squished sandwiches!
