Our privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with WEBOX of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet but to exceed most existing privacy standards. This privacy policy (this “Policy”) describes the collection of personal information by SALTALK INC, or WeBox, a Delaware Company from users of our Web site at www.webox.com (the “Website”), as well as all related applications, iOS application, Google Play application, widgets, software, tools, and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Policy is displayed (collectively, together with the Website, our “Services”). This Policy also describes our use and disclosure of such information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in accordance with this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the WeBox Terms of Use and subject to the provisions of the Terms of Use.
THEREFORE, this Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to WeBox, and thus it shall govern any and all data collection and usage thereof. Through the use of www.webox.com you are herein consenting to the following data procedures expressed within this agreement.
Personal Information
“Personal Information,” as used in this Policy, is information that specifically identifies an individual, such as an individual’s name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. Personal Information also includes information about an individual’s activities, such as information about his or her activity on our Services, and demographic information, such as date of birth, gender, geographic area, and preferences, when any of this information is linked to Personal Information that identifies that individual. Collection of Information
Collection of Voluntarily-Provided Information
We collect Personal Information that our users provide to us in a variety of ways on our Services. These include the following:
- Phone number. We may send a SMS confirmation when you make an order. If you sign up to receive SMS notification from us.
- E-mail Newsletters. We may offer e-mail newsletters from time to time on our Services. If you sign up to receive a newsletter from us, we collect your e-mail address.
- Location Information. We may also collect and store your location information if you enable your mobile device to send it to us.
- Our apps use background location updates to track rider delivery location information. This means that the Apps may collect and transmit data about the location of your device, even when the Apps are not in use. The purpose of the location data is to see how well the rider’s location can give the user real-time feedback on delivery distance. You can adjust the location settings on your device at any time, and opting out of background location updates does not affect the use of any features.
- Use of the Services. When you submit an order on the Service, we will collect any Personal Information you provide in connection with such order. We do not store your credit card information on the Service.
- Correspondence. If you contact us by e-mail, using a contact form on the Services, or by mail, phone, fax, or other means, we collect the Personal Information contained within, and associated with, your correspondence.
- Interactive Features. Our Services may contain interactive functionality that allows you to engage with other users on the Services, post comments to forums, to upload photographs and other content (the “User Materials”), participate in surveys, and otherwise to interact with the Services and with other users. If you use any interactive functionality on our Services that request or permit you to provide us with personal information (including, for example, any services that allow you to post User Materials on any of our Services), we collect the Personal Information that you provide to us in the course of using these interactive features.
- User Accounts and Profiles. Our Services may give you the ability to register for a Company account or to create and update a user profile on the applicable Service. If we offer user account or profile functionality on the Services, we will collect the Personal Information that you provide to us in the course of registering for an account or creating or updating a user profile. This information may include, for example, name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, and related demographic information about you. We may indicate that some personal information is required for you to register for the account or to create the profile, while some is optional.
- Installed application information. The third-party library Stripe (www.stripe.com) will collect relative information when you will install our google android application.
- Payment Information (including payment card details or online payment services number and invoicing address) and financial information (such as bank account numbers). Payment information will be received, stored and processed by our third-party service providers, including our payment processors; however, we may store and process limited payment-related information such as the last four digits of a payment card, the name of the financial institution, and payment service.
Voluntarily provided information which may include your name, address, email address, billing and/or credit card information etc., which may be used when you purchase products and/or services and to deliver the services you have requested. Information automatically collected when visiting our website, which may include cookies, third party tracking technologies and server logs. Please rest assured that this site shall only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide by way of surveys, completed membership forms, and emails. It is the intent of this site to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested and any additional uses specifically provided on this site. WeBox may have the occasion to collect anonymous demographic information, such as age, gender, household income, political affiliation, race and religion at a later time. We may also gather information about the type of browser you are using, IP address or type of operating system to assist us in providing and maintaining superior quality service. Passive Information Collection

Information from Other Sources
We may receive information about you, including Personal Information, from third parties, and may combine this information with other Personal Information we maintain about you. If we do so, this Policy governs any combined information that we maintain in personally identifiable format.
Use of Information Collected

Choice
- Commercial Emails. If you receive commercial e-mail from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the e-mail. You may also opt-out from receiving commercial e-mail from us, and any other promotional communications that we may send to you from time to time (e.g., by postal mail) by sending your request to us by e-mail at support@webox.com or by writing to us at the address given at the end of this policy. Additionally, if we offer user account functionality on the Services, we may allow you to view and modify settings relating to the nature and frequency of promotional communications that you receive from us. Please be aware that if you opt-out of receiving commercial e-mail from us, it may take up to ten business days for us to process your opt-out request, and you may receive commercial e-mail from us during that period. Additionally, even after you opt-out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding our Services.
- User Data Deletion. For safety and to otherwise prevent fraud, we may ask that you provide us with certain personal information that’s reasonably necessary for us to confirm your identity.
Access
If we offer the ability to create user accounts or profiles on our Services, you may have the ability to access and update many categories of personal information that you provide to us by logging in to your account and accessing your account settings. Children
Children’s safety is important to us, and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active interest in the online activities of their children. Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining parental consent. WeBox does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.

Our website does contain links to affiliate and other websites. WeBox does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. The aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by our website.
Security
WeBox shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.
The company also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communications in an effort to build users’ trust and confidence in the internet and website use by providing simple and secure access and communication of credit card and personal information. In addition, WeBox is a licensee of TRUSTe. The website is also secured by VeriSign.

WeBox reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at www.webox.com, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information.
